690 Park is not just a bar, but a sophisticated restaurant location that offers hospitality and a cuisine prepared skillfully and artfully by our head Chef Hakki Gökçe; with experience in Sweden and New York City Michelin restaurant, he brings a refined twist to bar classics, incorporating into the menu a bold and highbrow American cuisine. We use the finest and freshest ingredients in each dish and make everything from scratch. We pride ourselves not only on superior quality and intricate flavors, but hold ourselves to a high aesthetic standard on everything that comes out from our kitchen to your table.
OUR BEST SPECIALTIES
Our tender “New York Strip Steak” delicately grilled to perfection to release its rich juices, topped with butter fired wild mushrooms then garnished with a scoop of mashed potatoes and pickled onions; drizzled with our homemade creamy bordelaise sauce and tarragon emulsion, served with a side of french fries and salad.
Another favorite is the “690 Fish and Chips Sandwich.” Beer butter fried cod fish, glazed with our special 690 Park sauce then layered with pickled apples, cabbage and pickled onions, served with a side of french fries.

Our cocktail menu is curated by mixologist Wootak of Bar Chemistry with innovative drinks to cater to all desires and engage all your senses from the palate to presentation. All of our creations are house-prepared from fresh-squeezed juices to simple syrups, with unique garnishes added for the final touch. Enjoy our handcrafted cocktail selections from classics like Old-Fashioned to our 690 Park house specialties. Our personal favorite is the “Empress’ New Groove,” an aromatic herbal take on lychee martini using house-infused chamomile honey. An easy way to impress your Instagram followers.
